There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

    "I recently transferred to the Charlottesville area and didn’t know where to begin the house-hunting process. I contacted a friend who had already transferred out here a few months earlier, and he recommended Sasha.

    I contacted Sasha and she asked us a few questions regarding our home search criteria. We immediately began receiving email notifications regarding homes that matched our wants and needs. From that point forward, any time a home was listed for sale that matched our criteria we received notification.

    We let Sasha know the houses we were interested in looking at and scheduled a 2-day trip to the area. Our list changed several times before we actually arrived and Sasha adjusted accordingly. When we finally arrived she had all the houses we wanted to see scheduled for viewing in an order that would allow us to see over 20 homes all in a day. It was a long day, but Sasha was there every step of the way. At the end of the day we had multiple houses that we wanted to see again and Sasha had them all scheduled for the next day. 

    As we were looking at houses, Sasha would point out items to us that we may have overlooked that would require attention so there would be no surprises. She also took into consideration our family’s situation and desires and pointed out items that may not have been a good fit for us that we overlooked in all the excitement. After we selected the home we wanted to purchase Sasha was there by our side during the negotiations providing valuable advice. She even took care of all the details for the closing. Before the actual closing, she provided us with all the information we needed to ensure utilities were switched over without interruption in service. 

    Sasha’s contact with us didn’t end with the purchase of our home. She has called several times since we have actually moved into our home just to see how things were going for us. She always asks if there is anything she can do for us and has followed through when we have asked for general information about the area. She even took the time to stop by to say hello, meet the kids, and see how our new home was coming together for us. 

    Sasha is a down to earth, hardworking, honest, and caring individual. We truly felt like she was working for us and wanted to make sure we were totally happy with our home purchase. Without reservation, we would highly recommend Sasha’s services."
